I designed and led the full branding and product experience for Ayeto — a platform that connects people with everyday help, from small home repairs to dog walking, moving assistance, or light painting jobs. In a market full of scattered listings and unreliable services, we wanted to create something that felt streamlined, safe, and trustworthy for both clients and service providers.

My role covered everything from defining the brand identity to building the full UI/UX of the app and website. The main challenge was making the experience intuitive across different service categories, while keeping it flexible enough to scale. I spent a lot of time working on clear navigation, strong visual hierarchy, and smart filtering — so people could quickly find what they need, book it, and feel confident doing so.

We also tackled the backend flows, like managing bookings, handling service details, and ensuring smooth handoffs between customer and provider. Throughout the process, I worked closely with development to make sure everything from responsive layouts to dynamic data displays worked seamlessly. Ayeto became more than just a service app — it’s a simple way to get things done, without the mess and confusion usually tied to local gig platforms.
